Terms of Service

This page is maintained by busistree to answer common questions about Booker. It reflects app-visible controls and current practices — it is not an independent certification. For anything unclear, please contact us at hello@busistree.com.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Booker ("Booker", "the Service"), a rental operations platform provided by busistree ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using Booker you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity carried out under your account and staff accounts you create. Notify us promptly at hello@busistree.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. One-time payment & license

Booker is offered as a one-time payment for the tier you select. When your payment is confirmed, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your rental business on the tier purchased. Upgrading to a higher tier requires paying the difference in price.

Applicable taxes and payment-processor fees may apply. Discounts negotiated during a quote are honoured on the invoice we issue for that purchase.

4. Refunds

Because Booker is delivered as configured software with onboarding services, purchases are generally non-refundable once your workspace has been provisioned and onboarding has started. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you in good faith to make it right.

5. Your data & content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Booker — inventory, customers, bookings, invoices, files. You grant us the limited right to host and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. On written request we will export your workspace as CSV or JSON.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Booker for anything unlawful or to store data you don't have the right to store;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent;
  • interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service or other customers.

7. Availability

We work to keep Booker available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance when it will impact your workspace.

8. Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform. On termination we will provide a reasonable window for you to export your data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Booker after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
